D was never sold in USA
- CR has metal case
CR has not cooling fan, although there is a place to mount one
CR has new VDC chip 8568 instead 8563
CR has 64kB VideoRAM for VDC instead 16kB

International (or U.S.)
Belgian with Belgian-French keyboard
Swiss with Swiss-German keyboard
